Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel visited Healthy Dining's booth to learn about how Healthy Dining participating restaurants are helping to keep Chicago residents -- and the rest of the nation -- healthy with great-tasting, dietitian-approved menu choices.
Healthy Dining's standing room only education session featured Silver Diner Executive Chef Ype von Hengst; Cheryl Dolven, RD, Darden’s Director of Health and Wellness; and Anita Jones-Mueller, MPH, Healthy Dining’s founder/president. The attendees heard inspiring words and concrete how-to's to help them move toward offering a selection of great-tasting, healthful menu items.
