This comprehensive guide, developed by the Meatless Monday initiative in conjunction with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health’s Center for a Livable Future, includes:

Trend reports continue to point to the growing popularity of plant-based choices at home and eating out.  More and more restaurant guests now expect vegetable-centric and Meatless Monday meals on the menu, and the new implementation guide can help any restaurant – fine dining to quick-service – deliver on those expectations.

Created based upon feedback from restaurants that have implemented Meatless Monday, the implementation guide isn’t the only resource now available to help restaurants tap into the business benefits of Meatless Monday. In addition to the implementation guide, restaurants can download posters, signs, table tents and graphics to help publicize their participation and the variety of choices available to guests.
